Your step-by-step design journey

Working with Ken Holland is a clear and engaging process. It begins with a detailed meeting and discussion about your specific needs and desires. Next, a preliminary floor plan is produced for your review and feedback. Following this, elevation drawings are created for another review, allowing you to visualize the exterior. The final steps involve finalizing the site plan and cross sections. Once approved, all plans are printed in hard copy and provided in PDF format for all future sub-contractors, ensuring a smooth transition to construction.
